Hmm, yesterday’s Straits Times had an interesting article on regular poetry events in Singapore. I have to say, I was totally unaware of these, and I may well go to some. I can cut out and keep the article, but it’s bound to get lost in anycase, so here’s the list of events:

  • Literati: location varies; every 3 months or so; donation; invited performers; plasticblackspecs at hotmail dot com; (ST recommends to: Rockers)
  • subTEXT: National Library; first Thursday of the month; 19:00; foreign and local invited guests; free; subtextinfo at yahoo dot com; (ST recommends to: Poet Laureates)
